Drop fruit into a glass jar. Two of the same kind merge into the next fruit up. Get to the watermelon before the jar overflows.

What makes it different:

Three active tools, Prune, Shake and Ripen, running off a sunlight charge meter, so a board that is about to overflow is still a puzzle you can solve rather than a loss you watch happen.

Weekly rule modifiers that shift strategy week to week without adding luck.

A leaderboard that replay-validates every run on the server. Scores that do not reconcile are rejected, so the board is real.

Procedural art and synthesized sound throughout. There is not one licensed asset or audio file in the project.

Built entirely by AI

I ran an IT and cybersecurity company for 33 years, then retired. I do not write code and never have. FruitFall was designed and built end-to-end in conversation with Claude, Anthropic's AI, with me as its only human collaborator. I set the direction and said what felt wrong; it did the physics, the rendering, the art, the sound and the tooling.
